Get Lee Jones book on Winning Low Limit Holdem.

Sorry Sammy but for a beginner that is way too lose a strategy for starting hands.

Not knocking Lou here. But, I don't believe he is talking about Micro Limit and Nano limit games with these suggestions. They work well with Medium and high limit tables. But, with No Foldem Holdem you are asking for trouble.

No Foldem just is another animal completely.

I am pretty new to poker and need some help in what hands to fold pre-flop.

The last game I played I had one bad hand after another, so I wasn't sure whether to bluff my way through or to keep folding.

Does anyone have any advice on pre-flop stategies, as well as what to do when you keep getting dealt bad hands.
