In response to my email yesterday (see above) they have reviewed my account and say they do not want to stack the bonus NOW because I have some in-progress BUT they WILL offer me a reload with the same T&C as the RELOADBONUS300, even if that offer expires (which it has I guess). Just email them as soon as the current bonii are finished.
So in one way that is even better.
GL, Marcus.
Extract from the email....
"As players cannot work on more than one bonus at any given time, we would not
recommend that the 'RELOADBONUS300' reload bonus be applied on your account until
the completion or expiry of the above bonuses. Please reply to this email upon
completion of the above bonuses and we will offer you the 'RELOADBONUS300' reload
bonus". | | Static Link |

Nice analogy.
Also, like a woman, they know that we want what they have slightly more than they want what we have, so they like to tease us a little bit.
Bitches.

The problem is that I have until September to finish the signup (which has started) and only until August to finish the no deposit bonus (which has not started). At this point I'll probably just try to play them off as quickly as possible and hope it doesn't end up mattering.
Just try different support avenues, phone, live, and email.
I've never had a single problem in stacking a boni at Hollywod. If I recall, I deposited and received the BW300 before I even started working off this no deposit bonus.
Eventually you'll see it. Hollywood is just like a woman, they want to see a little effort and persistance before they give anything in return.

On my account page, I selected the 7X $50 bonus. But I had to deposit, because I had already cashed everything out of HP. When I went to deposit, it gave me a list of codes to reload with. So thinking I needed to enter the 7X $50 one, I entered the code and now have two of the same bonus stacked. Fine with me $100, 700 points, and 30 days. | | Static Link |

A poker room support giving incorrect information.... nah never. Though HW seems to have better support then others it still ain't much. So yeah I agree with you.

I just got this one and it is showing 350 to clear.
Same with me - shows 350 to clear
I signed up for the bonus through the HW web page - My Account
Odd, wonder why I got stuck with 9x clearing then since that is how I signed up for reload too. Can one of the mods check with your contact at HW and see if they can fix this for me since email support says otherwise? Thanks! | | Static Link |

I did that tournamnet bonus because I didn't feel like knocking out another bonus on that site right now. I couldn't find it on the featured tournamnet page. 75 points will be easy to clear, so maybe I will give the celebrity tournamnet a try.

$50 for 350 points is quick and dirty. You could clear that in 2 or 3 sessions no prob.

In email today:
Hi whore,
We are writing in response to an account error that occurred during the month of June that made it impossible for you to see the updated balance of active bonuses on your “My Account” page.
This error affected many of our players between June 1st and before July 5th.
Although your bonus was indeed being updated, you were unable to see the status of your bonus which was likely extremely frustrating and may have affected your play.
Please accept our most sincere apologies for the error, we have found the root of the problem and can assure you that since July 5th all new deposits are easily tracked by visiting your ‘My Account’ page.
