| Posted by: Valo at November 18, 2006, 12:39 pm | | Topic: EuroPoker Forum: Bonus Whores | Hey,
How is europoker doing these days, I saw the info on the main BW site and signed up. Then I deposited 300$ and there was no bonus in my account.
I search the forums using 'europoker' term and see that there are so many complaints about europoker... After reading all these topics I kinda regret even depositing there.. I wanted to play tonight on europoker but thats not gonna happen now because I didnt get the bonus @ pending bonuses in my account..
So i was wondering, did they solve all these problems that players had with the bonuses etc. Or do they still regularly have problems, cause I dont want to be mailing them like crazy for several weeks if I happen to encounter problems with europoker.
Kind regards. | | Static Link |

They skimped on a few winners for me (besides the constraints thing) the relevant department never got back to me . Support are pretty much discombobulated by any question you throw at em unless it's already in the faq. All in all though it's worked out okay for me, well should when I have the time, so I ain't complaining too much. | | Static Link |

I did not get the automatic second deposit bonus; don't know if this means it has been discontinued or the problem with it jumping ahead of other promos has been fixed. Either way it's a positive for me considering my run there so far - I just want to recover as much of my initial deposit and any net amount as I can before heading for greener whoring pastures, don't need to be tied down to a bigger bonus that I may have more trouble with.

Signed up during through BW during the World Cup promo and snagged the 7x reload before they "fixed" it. What's got me ticked are their constraints for picking the winning teams. Most clear at 100 pts but quite a few require 200 pts or more before the money is released. I've emailed repeatedly but they either can't understand the problem or just ignore me. | | Static Link |

Alright man, chill out. I'm just trying to help. I was just responding to your comment that your "stay at EuroPoker would be shortlived" because of this plus trying to prove that EuroPoker was reputable (and therefore most probably a mistake rather than someone trying to "screw" you) because it is OWNED by OnGame. EuroPoker is owned by OnGame itself, so it's not on the verge of bankruptcy. They're definately not trying to "screw" you and squeeze every penny out of you, so you can get rid of all those conspiracy theories.

EuroPoker doesn't have the best support, so if by some miracle, you'll be able to get them to have your play start counting towards your 7x bonus first, then all power to you. Used the PUTTER reload under the impression that it was 7x. Turned out to be 10x. Thought to myself I'd just do the 7x bonus and skip the reload. However, turns out I've MANUALLY been given half a player point (haven't played a single hand there yet) magically starting the reload (10x) prior to the 1st deposit (7x).
Sent them a mail, asking what they're up to. All I can tell at this point is, that my stay at EuroPoker will be shortlived indeed. I don't like getting screwed. Anyone else experienced this? | | Static Link |
