It goes the other way too.
I saw a hand recently where player A looked flopped 2-pair with a flush draw. By the time he was all-in, Player B had fantastic pot-odds to see the other two cards, and you can guess what happened...

Just lost a big one 3 hands ago when I couldn't lay down my FH. Was going to buy more chips but let it slide a couple hands then this happens. Could have got a lot more had I not sat thinking about my loss and put more money in right away.
