After shooting them an email enquiring why my withdrawal was never processed they replied that I need to send them a copy of my ID & CC. Ok no problem, but I must wonder why on the earth they never contacted me after my initial "successful" withdrawal that they need these. It's almost two weeks and I have to discover that my withdrawal was never actually processed. Wouldn't rank their customer care very high, reputable or not.
Now let´s see how fast they will transfer the money, I´ll keep you posted. | | Static Link |

From your description of events, I take it you had a problem withdrawing straight from Unibet to your bank account? If so, that's a serious cause for concern because that's the only way to take funds out of there according to the transaction web page, which also states: The facility to make a withdrawal to online wallets is temporarily suspended whilst we are upgrading our systems, we apologies [sic] for any inconvenience this may cause.
Thats's right, I made a withdrawal straight from Unibet to my bank account. I was unable to withdraw with Moneybookers for the same reasons you mentioned. I don't mind that I have to withdraw to my bank account instead of Moneybookers - but if the money never arrives as it's supposed to then I am really disappointed.
To my understanding the company is quite large, and they have a decent rating at Sportsbookreview.com but I wish they could get their act together when it comes to paying customers.... | | Read Entire Entry |

Great work e-mailing the support. Now they have a chance to shut down the codes.
The money gets to your account the same day. Sometimes it takes minutes, sometimes a couple of hours. You have to logg out from the account before the bonus show up.
PLEASE, don´t email about your questions. Strange having to point out that.....
I stand chastised... I understand that talking to CS can result in loopholes being closed occasionally, but I was not about to play through 500 VIPs, on the high variance rollercoaster that is B2B, without knowing for sure I would be rewarded for the effort. Once again, I apologize to the community at large if this affects anyone elses ability to receive this bonus.

30 days from deposit is the usual I believe, as for when it will no longer be available to make your deposit, I don't have the foggiest unfortunately. I deposited about 24 hours ago, and also saw no confirmation screen like you usually get when depositing at the B2B's run by the 24h cashiers. I fired off an email asking confirmation and got this back from them a couple hours ago
Quote: Dear Sir,
That bonus is actually for our Finnish customers only. But as you have already set that code in your poker account we can inform you of the requirements. You have to collect 500 VIP points in order to receive the bonus maximum bonus being 100 euros. The bonus will be paid to your poker account inside 24 hours from collecting the 500 VIP-points.

Reload/signu Forum: Bonus Whores | Hexengon, I signed up to Unibet without a code, made a deposit , than transfered the money over to the poker host. When I made the transfer, there was one field that said bonus code. That is where I put in ACE3.
So :
1. sign up
2. make deposit
3. click on poker tab
4. click on my poker account
5. fill in deposit and bonus code fields
6. press next to deposit field
7. play poker
Hope that works out for ya

Btw, can you play on B2B or Prima as you like, or what?
As far as I know it's only B2B. They'll be moving to Microgaming/Prima in a month or so.
They will only be sharing tournaments and some cash tables with the Prima network though, most of the micro/low limit tables will be exclusively for Unibet. It's more or less the same arrangement they have with B2B today. | | Static Link |

Codes are on the unibet site in poker section under promotions. At least in finnish version of Unibet.
Strange, seems to be country dependent. On the danish version it's ACE4 & HEARTS4, on swedish HEARTS1 & POKERMILJONEN. On some languages I found no codes at all. | | Static Link |
