DO NOT ever ever EVER contact support to ask about the terms of a bonus when there is a possibility they are giving out a better bonus than expected IN ERROR.
Because they may fix it and you ruin it for all the other whores. So if you got 10x when everyone else got 7x, just do it... take one for the team... suck it up....
