For FT and Ultimatebet I have found you need to manually enter the tournament (under "File"). If you enter the buy-in and number of players the prize pool should be ok.

It is but cant get it to do tournies properly or work out what the email thoing is all about
tournies how do you get it to know what the prize pool was coz it says i have - 100% roi which is false
