Depends on
1. People in the hand
2. Table image
3. preflop action
4. players in the hand
5. texture of flop
6. Position
So many different ways to play it depending on the different situations if it’s A-A-J on the flop you unlikley to get action so slowing down may be the thing to do unlike a 3-3-K which may be more profitable.
I've flopped a full house and won a lot with 10-7 being able to bet into it and get callers whilst the same cant be said when I had A-Q.

Assuming you don't have a "super-tight" table image, just raise the same amount as you would if you hit top pair. It won't look any different than a decent hand or a blind steal. You just have to hope someone has an overpair to the flop, hit something, or wants to try a resteal.

You let everyone continue to feed the kitty till the last round of betting, when you bump like hell. If you bet this early, folks drop, and you lose money.
Some might argue to start betting at the turn, when the bets have increased. But you want as many other folks betting into you that if they are agressive, you just passively follow along. If you can sneak a raise in on the turn, great, but it would be best to be behind someone else's raise.

When you hit quads on the flop, it's an automatic slow play except......Limit Holdem or Liimit Omaha you can't slow play because every1 bets in those games w/ anything. In those 2 games, it depends on what the stakes are @ the time & so on. Since every1 & their brother calls bets in limit, i think you have to bet them. In nolimit obviously you check all the way so that your oppenent has a chance to hit something &/or they bet @ you trying to steal. What do you think is the best way to play quads on the flop if & when you've ever been in this situation?
