You will generally find the most games in the time periods preceeding their qualifying freerolls. People are trying to get hands in to qualify before the tourney starts.

Exactly how is the traffic like here? What can I expect to see at peak hours? 3k people?

Go for the full $200. Games in general are sparse, especially limit games, but I was able to clear it within 30 days. Also play on the weekends, as traffic spikes quite a bit, especially the limit games. If you're trying to learn NL, P4E is a good place as the games are generally very soft.

I'm a limit player myself, but would often find myself multitabling 1/2, 1/2, .25/.5, and a .1/.2 NL game, or some other combination.

Software is a little slow and traffic is light, but I was generally impressed with the site.

I'm a $1/$2 limit player, but I want to try NL sometime, and why not learn the game while playing for a bonus? So I looked at micro stakes NL in the 101, and the first bonus offer for me is poker4ever. They seem to have good NL games, but almost none limit games. So if I want to clear the bonus there, it should be NL. There are two options:

Signup Bonus Option #1

Signup Bonus Option #2
* Receive a $40 bonus on any deposit at or above $20

both non-expiring and lump sums.

Of course the 1st seems better, but I might realize I suck at NL and I can't clear the bonus anymore as there are almost no limit games. So the question is what is the best for me? How long am I playing to clear those bonuses at $.10/$.20 and $.25/$.50 NL? Is there any point in just playing a ed miller short stack style at $.25/$.50 to clear it?

Reason to ask this beforehand is that I once didn't take the max stars ...
