On Party, you can buy a cash connection link phone card at many wireless stores. The fee is 15 bucks no matter what denomination you buy. It goes into your account instantly.

The best way to deposit and get paid out in my opinion is through Western Union. Only a few sites offer this method, but it is the best for me. I like my payout quick, fast and in a hurry. If you make your deposit thru Western Union they will pay you out through WU. Everytime I win, i get my payout the next day... Or the same day if I request the money before noon. The payout is in cash and no waiting for a check or neteller, or credited back to a credit card. Too many problems have the potential to arise, and i've had every one of them at one point or another. Everything from it taking forever to get to neteller, or not getting a check for up to 5 weeks and so forth. I once took a payout and it took me 33 days to get my money. The poker site had tried to credit my winnings back to my credit card, but my bank denied it (amazing they let the card go thru to the gambling website, but wouldn't accept $1000 back to the card). to be honest your credit card should work on the poker site
though if you say yours isn't, don't know why but you should be able to deposit using your card into neteller which most poker sites will let you cash in and out of at no fee
some sites even give you an extra bonus for using neteller
personally I just use my debit card rather than my credit card and I can then cash out right into my bank account
