I play the 2/5 tables at a casino close to here and I seem to find that some ppl in the live setting arent any diffrent than the ones i play against online. Ya get these ppl that wanna raise-raise-raise...with absolutely nothing in their hand. They just do it for the thrill of seein others get frustrated with them I guess lol. I never will figure it out I dnt suppose.

Hi all and Feyrun,
That is a ery broad question, to be honest if your looking for players opinion on each section you would do better to browse the forum, most of the players here have discussed all the topics your asking about, there are threads covering strategies and techniques and how well and how bad players are doing at SNG, Ring Games, Multi-tables etc.. You can probably find all the help your looking for just browsing this forum and you won't have to wait a couple of days for all the answers to be posted here.
I do find your question a little strange as most players ask on only one type of game but your asking on all types, most players favour only one or two.
Why not tell us some more info and we can maybe help you further, are you new to poker, what stakes do you play, do you favour the SNG's or Ring Games etc...?
Good luck
Tony ( The Webmaster )

I believe i saw Feyrun on NoblePoker, but I'm not sure. This could just be a spamming post to get some passwords?
Rammer, poker is poker but there are different techniques in online poker opposed to brick-and-mortar poker. You can't read facial expressions online. You have to rely solely on the player's bet. It's a whole different style of game play.

Would anyone disagree with me, in response to Feyrun's ery broad question, that poker is poker?
It seems to me that you're trying to make a distinction between how to play online poker s. how you're accustomed to playing poker in a brick & mortar casino. In my opinion, the environment changes but the fundamentals of the game do not. It's still poker. Just play your style.
