Tried to deposit with credit card, passport number and driving licence number - message cannot verify at this time.
So tried netteller option but when it comes to choosing which bonus option required there is no box to put the BW200 5X code I want to use? Just check a box with 7X 12X 17x etc
tried to ring support on freephone numer (from uk) 00 800 4747 0000 - it dont work numer not recognised.
Anyone help with best way to get this 5x bonus ..... doubtfull of depositing then being credited with a bonus I dont want and then loads of hasttle to try and correct this.

That is good news. Just sucks that it seems like this comes, just as we are probably going to be removed from their site. Well U.S. Players anyway.

Anybody getting impatient for the next BW reload may want to try to contact HP and see if they can give you a reload bonus. Jek received what later would be ruled to be an account specific reload but I received some interesting information in my email (listed below)
1) Email HP and tell that you would like to play there but you would like a reload bonus.
2) Follow the instructions in the email.
May not work, but its worth a try for people who are itching to play there. A small word of warning though: I can't confirm if any pending reload through this method will interfer with a special BW reload we may offer.

Yeah, which is how it should have been in the first place. Just like how most codes are on sites. Whoever came up with the lame brain idea of not having to enter a code, and have it automatically credited to your account is one dumb mo fo.
Now to call my friend and see if she got this cleared as well. I should know maybe in 3 hours, I think she gets out of work at 8:30 or so.
TY BW for getting this taken care of. Now I have to email support at HP and tell them to recredit me with my reload I was working on but had to let lapse for being scared shitless to deposit and get suck with that horseshit bonus myself.

Well I would think they shouldnt have any trouble giving those people the chance to close, and reopen a new account or they better be prepared for the accounts to be closed and alot of people to leave pissed off.

I have been in contact with the manager at Hollywood Poker. He says that there is a possiblity they can get Ongame to remove this bonus. If you received the 17x bonus and want it removed please PM me or email me at support@bonuswhores.com with the subject "17x Bonus" with your HP username. I will send off an email every morning with the new list of names starting Tuesday morning. The more names we have the better the case to hopefully get the bonus removed.
If you have already emailed me I will respond to you by 8pm ET (about 2.5 hours from now). If you do not get a response from me confirming I have your username please email me again. I will respond to confirm I have received it.
In the meantime if you deposit at Hollywood you will by default get the 17x bonus. If you do not want the bonus you will need to enter in a different active bonus code. If you leave the code blank it will give you the 17x bonus.
