I've got poker tracker, but never really got my head around it. If someone could do an "idiots guide" that would be ery useful I think.

Poker Tracker imho is invaluable you just need to tweak the autorate rules for limit or no-limit! I have some GREAT NL rules if anybody is looking just let me know!

You don't need them, they're other programs that have been independently made that require PT to do what they do. PT is PT, if all you want is a stat analysing program then you just need PT.
I recommend PA Hud though - helps a lot with reading players (esp. if you're playing more than 1 table) and saves on a bit of note-taking. GT+ is a bit of a crappier and messier ersion of PA Hud, but it is free, so I guess one can't complain.

I've read enough posts here and found that Poker Tracker is a ery aluable tool and that i will be using from now on. I was at their web site and noticed that they have a bunch of add on's. Do you need these also or does Poker Tracker do well enough on it's own?
