the poker bible that is Super System.

I wouldn't neccesarily go that far.. Guidelines Yes but a Bible No..

To say that at least 3 of those that have 9 and 10 WSOP bracelets.. I'd definatly put those up there as some of the best.

I oted for Johnny Chan myself as there's no telling how many bracelets he'll have when he's played for as long as Doyle. Really a tough pick as any of the folks on the list have the credentials to be on top. Rammer - is that really you?

Doyle is the best living poker player. I had pleasure of knowing and being tutored by who I feel was the Greatest Poker player of all time. He has made the WSOP and poker what it is today. He was the first poker player inducted into the Poker Hall of Fame. Was the 1st to win back to back wsop the 1st 2 and picked up a third to be the first player to win 3. Back then in the 70's a World Champ had to play 7 card stud omaha and hold em in the wsop tourns. His name is Johnny Moss for those of you who hasn't guess it yet. To me he is the Greatest..............Rock

Im oting for Stu Unger as anyone who can win 1/3 of every tournament must surely be some kind of exceptional talent and skill.

Otherwise it would have to be of course Mr Brunson

If anyone is interested, I have the '81 and '97 WSOP in avi. (Stu's second and third bracelets) and High Roller: The Stu Unger Story.
So if there is any of you out there who are NOT familiar with him can learn the story of (probably) the greatest poker/card player in history.

Hard not to ote for The Kid

Doyle's so good though, most people don't even seem to mind losing to him.

Something about Doyle just makes you feel at ease when you are watching him play. I think playing against him would do the same thing to you and when he's got you relaxed and thinking you have the best hand...WHAMMO he'll pull that fricking 10-2 on your ass and you're dead.
Just my humble opinion....

Now, I know many of you have seen similar poll running on this and some of the other poker forums, but I have carefully considered the people I have selected for this poll, based on Legend, Skill, and Success.
