| Posted by: Grafter at November 13, 2006, 7:25 pm | | Topic: FCP to join other network + bonus Forum: Bonus Whores | Daniel, most of us who've been around the block a time or two do recognize that BW's intent here is good, but it isn't fair that a newbie can come here for the first time, sign up for FCP through BW and then, after depositing, discover that FCP is currently offline, hopes to be on a new network soon and/or get back on Ongame temporarily and that while BW don't know what's going to happen, they do know that there's uncertainty and could at least take FCP off the Ongame page and/or put a cautionary note on the review page until things become clearer.
EDIT : The review page now says Quote: Full Contact Poker is moving to an unknown network on or around November 14th

The thing I like about Gonzo and the gang is that when they post, they are giving us the facts. I know the word is good and not the usual bullshit that I can see on 2p2.
The way I see it, read Gonzos site updates post and go with that. If you do not see the poker site that you are thinking about playing on listed, then be warned that a change could be happening and clear the bonus at your own risk. If it the clearing rate changes in mid clearing stage, I do not see why its anyones fault at BW.

After searching here on the forum (term 'FCP') I found out there were several topics about FCP switching networks, so obv BW knows about this too..
I just think BW should have noted on the site review that FCP is switching network. I was looking for an ongame bonus not some other lame network.
Its not that big a deal, but still, after reading their cashouts were slow...
And after cashing out like 90% procent of my roll, im not so liquid in cash right now so I hope they send it quickly

The $200 should hit neteller in 24-48 hours.
It looks like they're moving to a new US friendly network and not tribeca who are abandoning US. The limited info that they've been able to give out is in a sticky at the top of their forum.
It is annoying not knowing where they're going or what the new clearance rates will be, so I think it wouldn't hurt for BW to put a note on their review page for FCP | | Static Link |

I checked out bonuswhores.com website looking for a good ongame bonus and decided to do the 100% up to 500$. There is no notion of FCP leaving ongame on the site review.
I just happened to saw someone chatting in the main lobby of the FCP client, chatting about they are moving to another network @ 14 Nov....
I contacted live support and they said the points I had cleared (which is only 100, just started playing like an hour or so) will be converted to cash and the rest I could clear on the new software...
What I think is lame:
- BW site review of FCP doesnt state there will be a change in network
- FCP website doesnt state that it will change
- FCP live support (I contacted them before I made a deposit in regards to the bonus) or mail support didnt bring the change in network to my attention (only after I asked about it)
