I have only played for a short while after the changeover before the tournament, so I can't give you a great deal of information. I am not thrilled by the new software, as you have to select 1,2,4 or 6 tables, which appear in a block together, and each independently shows you the lobby when you start up. The problem with this is that there are a couple of scrolling messages in each lobby, so unless you sit at all of them, it is quite distracting. If you play at an even number of tables it is OK though.
I played for about 4 1/2 hours in the tournament, plus several hours afterwards, and I had no problems with the software. Also, as I just used one table, I didn't have to put up with the scrolling messages, so I didn't mind using the software as much as I did when I was 3-tabling a 4-table screen. It also dawned on me that you can always open a 4th play-money table with nobody in to avoid the clutter.

Congrats - being a tourny runner up can feel somewhat unsatisfying but a cool grand makes a helluva consolation prize
Getting back on-topic, what's the general traffic and game quality - not to mention software reliability - like at Betfair now? I have a modest "loyalty" bonus from signing up there (with rakeback) a few months back, but I don't really feel the urge to download the new software and play there real soon without a better sense of how the site is doing as a stand-alone.

If you haven't played there yet, I advise you check out the software before you deposit, as I found it unbearable to play. Others have also mentioned that it is pretty buggy at the moment in another thread.
