Okay, waited a month and had several e/m with cs on this. The techs pulled up a log, checked it, and said they credited the proper amt of pts.
However, it can't be seen, meaning it doesn't show in an increase in total pts earned or credit off of the pending bonus.
There's a new version due out in a week or so. Maybe it will all be apparent then. Haven't seen anybody else comment about this??
Still a cool site, but I don't see any reason to play till it works. Too distracting. | | Static Link |
| Posted by: Absolutlee at November 8, 2006, 12:11 pm | | Topic: Poker.com 100% up to $500 bonus+freeroll-- US Players only Forum: Bonus Whores | It jumped out at me right at the beginning of November in two ways.
Because I was getting close to another 2500 level/$10 bonus release I looked at the point count before I began playing.
After one table session I looked at the pts accumulated and then went to the cashier to see it update and figure out how much longer I'd have to play as I was a little short on time. So I watched it update incorrectly.
Then I skipped over to Player Admin to look at the fr credit there. Since it was the first of the month the 50k fr bar was empty, and it was ez to see that the correct pts had been credited there.
No time frame given, only that they can't check it until the comp pts ledger is restructed and up and running again. So far it's still not up, and I thought I'd wait a couple more days before I em cs again.
Funny thing, after logging out and logging back in I checked the pts in the cashier again and had received credit for an additional 3pts. All total about 1/3 of ... | | Read Entire Entry |
| Posted by: Absolutlee at November 8, 2006, 12:32 am | | Topic: Poker.com 100% up to $500 bonus+freeroll-- US Players only Forum: Bonus Whores | This is a high bonus requirement, but it's a good site overall.
Right at the first of the month though I could see that the amount of pts earned at one table didn't match the amount of pts credited toward the bonus requirement. Only got credit for about 1/3 of the pts I'd earned.
Curiously, the full and correct amount was credited properly in another area, on the "Freeroll bar" which measures how close you are to meeting the fr requirements.
First good e/m response was wait until tomorrow to see if it credits properly. It didn't. Second good e/m response was that the comp pts ledger is undergoing maintenance and they can't check on anything until it's up and running again, but they've assured me all points will be credited properly eventually.
They've been real good on other issues. So this should work out ok, too, but I sure don't want to play again and add more partial credits and confusion to the situation. Meanwhile, the bonus time limit is cont... | | Read Entire Entry |

Right now I have 3 different bonuses clearing at the same time
October reload
American freedom

Means for every 2500 Comp points I get $30 bonus.
Not bad at all.
Would first time players be able to find 3 different bonuses to clear? | | Static Link |

People are saying this bonus clears concurrently with the sign-up? Does anyone know if it clears concurrently with the click2pay bonus?
Thanks

And just when I was starting to like you, PP. Signing up through us should have no bearing on whether you can withdraw before completing the bonus. I'll have to ask customer support. | | Static Link |

I read that withdrawing voids the deposit bonus, so does this tie up the $700 for 30 days?
If you read this somewhere then I wouldn't withdraw, so yes, this basically ties up your money for 30 days unless you clear it. I read it in the BW poker.com review.
lol, I write most of what is on the reviews and I don't think I wrote that. I'll blame PA. | | Static Link |

Heck, I play there just for the freerolls even without a bonus. Clearing the two bonuses simultaneously, crappy as they are, is an added plus.

For NL I have no problem playing 4 tables at once mostly at NL200 or NL100. Seems to be less traffic for LHE though. To play 2-4limit or above, you are looking at playing SH quite a bit. Below that, you can multitable.
These guys could get serious business with the current state of the US market by offering a better bonus.

For lower limits, yes. Their point structure makes this a clearable bonus for the .25/.5 LHE player (not saying you are, only pointing it out) but for clearing purposes anyone can have these tables open. A rakes get you 3 points for .25/.5 while 1/2 pays out 5....to get to 10 pts you have to play a min of 4/8. Most of the time i find myself with two 1/2's and a couple of .25/.5's open due to a lack of games although the 4/8 has been running on and off this week. Generally i play 2/4 or 3/6 except when i am clearing a Prima bonus (1/2 is best there) so it takes a little mental focus to not devalue the chips in the lower stakes games.
Also, the RELOADFREEDOM bonus apparently can be clearly concurrently with the Sign-Up Bonus as i played 2500 pts yesterday to get into todays $10K Freeroll and received $10 from each pending bonus......otherwise the only upside to playing this bonus IMO is in ... | | Read Entire Entry |

They also have a monthly $50,000 freeroll if you earn 5000 points which is easy enough and a $10,000 weekly freeroll is you earn 2500 points - so that at least improves the value of the bonus. Too bad their bonus isn't a bit better, cus they could get a lot of traffic. Give them some expert bonus advice Gonzo!
