I'm disappointed with Betdirect. After I cleared the bonus I made my withdrawal but nothing appeared on my card. A few days later I checked the poker client & saw that my balance wasn't reflecting the withdrawal so I tried again. This time it appeared to work.
When I got my c/card statement there were THREE transactions: A credit for the first withdrawal, a debit for the identical amount, and then the credit for the second withdrawal. Because of the x/rate fees each time I lost about $15 in fees.
I contacted their CS expecting them to refund the fees as a matter of course but they refused to do anything about it.

(1) Casino bonus is $250. Poker bonus is $300. Some Prima CSAs seem to assume Casino unless you specify otherwise.
(2) Don't hold your breath waiting for your bonus after emailing a request. Prima email support is extremely slow if it comes at all. IRC support is usually quite good though, as is telephone support (on the rare occasions when the calls actually go through.) My suggestion is to email your bonus request per instructions, wait for any specified response period (12-24 hours with most Prima sites - Pokershare does not specify a response period) then inquire via IRC. This was precisely the order of events that occured with me (read previous posts in this thread). I'll go out on a limb and say that the next correspondence you receive from them will be that the "check is in the mail" and when you question why they are sending a check they will politely tell you that their records show that this was your preferred method of withdrawal.
