Hey SAJ I can say this much, I have never had any problems whatsoever with moving money around site and back and forth between site and Netteller ever and withdrawing funds is the fastest of ANY site out there if going to NT, but be aware to make sure you only have one account there and that can be done by contacting support as I had 2 accounts there before, which I used for play money games and when I decided to deposit and withdraw was told of this also, but they will gladly cancel one and you're set, anyway good to hear you cleared this up and can get back to playing

Party Poker just sent me $50 to try to get me back, the only catch is I need 500 raked hands in 7 days. 260 hands to go and only $20 left, oh well.

I played there for about one month last year. During that month I had 3 regular tournys ended because they were started in the wrong format.
Each time I had to email/call them to get a refund and I remind you the problem was not disconnects/servers or anything but error on a PP employee beginning the event using the wrong format, such as a rebuy not allowing rebuys and a NL began as a limit.
So the final time, after 3 hours of playing and already into the cash they once again end the tourny and like the ones before no messages as to why or anything, just a pop-up saying something like "this tourny will end at the next break"..that's it.
That final one was a $20 +2. Like the previous times after waiting one week for a refund I had to email or call them to have my money returned, even though they obviously had all the players names etc..
So I email them and I get a refund for $19.95, not $22. I emailed them twice again asking what happened to the $2.05 but ne... | | Read Entire Entry |

Party Poker is one of the worst sites I have tried to play. They refuse to answer any E-Mails. I guess they put you on a Black for some reason. I haven't caused any trouble that I am aware of.
Good Luck with them, but I would find other sites.

After around 2000000 emails i was able to solve the problem, had to phone them and send some email proof. They said i had some other account, apperantly i made an account 7 to 8 months ago but i forgot the password and i didnt even remember, although they didnt say anything while i played and raked the some good pots, it was only when i was going to withdraw . Anyways im up from to 50 to over 200 there now, but i will withdraw soon and deposit on ps, although i have become extremly suspicious of ps also

Sucks big time huh? I have been on the harsh end of this a few times myself, and it doesn't get better. It all seems to stem from the Know Your Customer concept in banking. What they don't understand is that you might really need your money back. I have had to go without food before because a poker site was wrongfully holding my money. Ah the perils of student life!

All you can do is keep them busy Sexy, there all all kinds of reasons why they are being the way they are.
You are a better speaker of english than most of the customer service department combined.

They freeze accounts for multiple user accts. collusion, even excessive swearing, of course I am not saying you are doing any of this but some of the reasons, just gotta wait and see for their reply to your email, if you ever get one.
