I was not sure what was going on, because Monday and Tuesday morning (EU time) were okay as normal, then I saw a huge jump in hourly rate in the last 48 hours (3x normal sounds about right).
Tonight, I was going to see was being posted here, because my FPPs dropped like a stone! then I saw the thread ERROR alert. I feared that something like this might happen.
I have no idea where I stand now towards the december re-load, but I have lost 800+ pts in the last 24 hours! We will see.

Basically I put off working on my bonuses here because of the lack limit games and better action elsewhere, but finally decided at the start of the month to make a real effort at clearing the signup, which expires in a couple of days. After a few long sessions, including a lot of short-handed play which I'm not really experienced in, I was less than a hundred points away from the goal earlier today as I passed some time at a $.10-20 NL table.
Next time I checked my account, however, I noticed that the FPP total had plunged by over 200. At first I was mildly irritated, thinking it was yet another glitch like the one that briefly had my bonuses clearing concurrently. After another hour without any change, I decided to contact live support as I felt I was very close to clearing the signup bonus, if I hadn't already... Iv found their software fast and easy but have also had some bugs like this as well as it being a little unstable at times.
Try un-installing the program and download it again.

I have been working on customer service updates on and off for the last 2 days and haven't got to Eurolinx yet. I agree their customer service is very helpful and Jo's help here on the forum is very appreciative. That being said, the customer service rankings are based on responses from generic questions we pose to each site monthly. So if an answer we receive is incorrect, that has to be reflected in the customer service review. | | Static Link |

Hard to find another site where manager will post and answer on here.
Hard to find a site with live chat (that actually works) and takes less than 15minutes to connect and actually know who you are.
And they have been more than welcoming in fixing and changing what iv needed.
Unfortunately i could not get the cheat code off them that will stop big pairs being cracked though

BTW: My points take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours to show up, but they always eventually show up.

I did receive a chunk of points late last night & then some more this morning: not sure if this is because of manual intervention or just the system is erratic.
It's excellent that Eurolinx support post here though.
Not fully certain what the situation is here, since different people seem to be experiencing different issues, but I have modified the title of my post slightly.

Wish some limit games could get going though been spanked on the NL tables so far.
Proof once again in my mind why party are goners now. Sites like this with good customer service basically. And they can speak english as well always a bonus (not that i have a prob with people who speak other languages but when your in support and atleast 90% of enquires are in english you should have more than basic skills.)
Fast easy to use software, great promotions.
If it wasnt a bonus eat bonus world out there this would be my home site (with limit games happening).
Oh i dream of the day i play high enough where 30% rakeback outweighs bonuses and i can just plant myself at 1 site.

The OCTOBER reload didnt activate until WHORE was credited so i didnt get credit for the 110points towards october.
But i didnt think it was worth worrying about since i really liked the site.
There support is awesome and they seem like a genuinely nice bunch of people.
Tell them your problem and simply ask for an extra week to clear the bonus, to be on the safe side if your points do seem to go missing along the line. Maybe they will do that for you.

Points didnt appear on "my account" page even tho you played. When the system started working again, all the points you had previously earned were credited. If that's the case here, then it's not THAT serious a problem.
