Sadly this is accurate. I posed the question about this awhile ago in a thread titled Titan Points. Basically what it comes down to is you'll probably only see a portion of the 100% bonus that is offered. I've been playing constantly for a month now and have only cleared 5% of my potential bonus. (closing in on 10%)
It takes 400 titan points to unlock $5 of your bonus. You get a point for every raked hand the nets 25 cents (I think) I know I play at low lvl sng's and I get 4 TP's per game. I think it's based on how much of a fee you pay but I'm not sure since I'm still at the micro levels.

Im making my first deposit at titan and I want to use a bonus code but I cant with click2pay theres no spot for it. Can you only use the bonus when using your isa or am I missing something?
