At Tribeca it isn't really legal to have more than one account period. No matter what sub network they are at. Obviously they are no strangers to taking customers from eachother so it's easier to get the support to grant you access if you change from let's say Doyles to VC. Harder when you're already one of their customers at another of their own sites.
And yes, only VC and a few of their subskins give the monthly reload. It's $250 this month btw. | | Static Link |

There are programs that simulate clean installations. Virtual PC from Microsoft and VMWare. Check them up instead of reinstalling (even if that is an option if you're willing to do it.
qemu should be a good option. Not sure how well Xen supports Windows, but that may another good option.

Anyone know if this works for the DBPN skins? cos they stopped me after 5 or so.
Doyle's also checks for duplicate Neteller accounts, ie you are not allowed to use the same Neteller for several accounts. I don't think the check kicks in right away but after maybe 3-4 skins it does.
