a) Pokertracker lists the ongame network as "pokerroom network"

Can't confirm if the bonus is working but will tell you I played .50/.50NL (which in reality is .25/.50NL or 50NL, don't know why they list it as .50/.50) BEFORE the US ban and it was clearing at about 50 points an hour playing 4-5 tables. Hope this is somewhat helpful.
uses same format as limit games
a 3/6 limit game has 3$ bets pre-flop and flop, and 6$ bets on turn/river.

So it sounds like I could probably get both, but would then be forfeitting any future reloads and more importantly (to me anyway), I'm guessing that not being tracked to Bonus Whores means BW doesn't get anything for signing me up. Given how much this site has helped me, I'd much rather skip the RAF if it means BW gets credit for signing me up.

If he makes his first deposit a week later with the BW200 code shouldn't he be able to get both? But mostly likely no BW reloads
