I think that this could be just a little bit of a massive generalization. I play on large and small sites and haven't experience any problems with withdrawls on either type. That's not to say that there aren't problematic sites out there, there are. And there is crappy support and at some small sites AND at some large sites. But it isn't at all fair to lump all sites together simply because it is small. I don't have the statistics, but I'd be willing to bet that there are plenty of people out there in the world that have issues with larger sites too. At the end of the day, the reputation of the site, the quality/availability of its support, and the sites longevity... | | Read Entire Entry |

Some of the smaller sites dissapear after a year in business or less. The support staff kept on saying the same excuse "we're lookin into it" when i enquire about my withdrawl. Three freakin months and no $$. Just wanted to give the heads up so other people wont lose their hard earn money. Usually people who do tiny withdrawls at these sites have no problems. But they'll screw people who withdrawl larger amounts of money

I recently withdrew $5000 from PartyPoker and it was in Neteller within 12 hours and no hassles or emails wanting to know why the money is being withdrawed.

I had a withdrawl for 1100 usd and i've also lost a huge sum of money. Pokerloco.com seized my money from the withdrawl and told me i have to fax them id which i did. Been three bloody months and now support wont even write me back. I have confirmation they've received my id and documents. They have no excuse for not paying and i just feel frusterated. Have to warn people about how they rip me off. I've tried pokerroom.com before and didnt have any problems with the cashout. Learnt my lesson and only will stay with larger poker sites
