First they overpay (I think) I received 2 emails but never checked balance.
Then when I finally get on and play everythign is right.
I play 500+ more hands and they pay very quickly the $50 owed, then the next day it is gone. 2 days later it is back. I am current and everythign is correct so not sure what they are doing but I am getting paid in the amounts I should. Almost done. I can't leave just yet even if I dont' get the last $50 or so because the players are so bad. | | Static Link |

Before that it was 250 RH for 25 USD so this is not OK and certainly not the same as before. They really do not know what they are doing. Funny thing.
This is why I bailed... I get itchy when poker sites start hiring people who used to take the short bus to school.
short bus may be giving them too much credit.

| Posted by: MDStorey at February 23, 2007, 7:42 pm | | Topic: Trident became Poker time, now what with my bonus????? Forum: Bonus Whores | I got the same message about 25 Poker credits being deposited into my account a grand total of 3 times. The first one, I thought in response to my query about the legitimate raked hand clearance. The following two days after that I got two more bonus installments. I decided to cashout on the basis that A) If the poker room doesn't want the money, I will certainly take it B) I get uneasy when a site seems to be unable to communicate in an effective and timely manner with me.
I initiated a cashout for all but $25 dollars, it hit my Neteller account today. So in essence I got $25 I earned before the merger out of them, $25 free from them, and left another free $25 to have some fun with...
It would appear we can take it without any playthrough, which is good because I just didn't feel like playing through another 250 raked hands and possibly discovering that Pokertime has decided to flake out on me...

They will probably see its a mistake and tell you to met the requirements etc. I would just wait for another few days to see if any new 25 portions come and then try to withdraw. Still its the literal meaning of the message. Actually its looks like you cannot cashout at all if you have started to play with the bonus in your account and havent met release requirements. In my case i've started on trident bonus played some 750+ raked hands got 2 $25 installments, third was not added for couple of days and than trident merged into poker time. Now i've got another 3 $25 at the rate of 1 per day it seems. But it looks like these come with the strings attached - ie you need to actually clear them with poker time raked hands requirements - which is not good at all. I will try to clarify terms with them. Maybe anyone else already contacted support about these?
PS. I havent played at pokertime yet. | | Static Link |

But something strange is going on indeed. But I guess they cant remove your money if it is already in your account. All poker rooms I saw has this limited release formula which makes sure you cant withdraw money which is even not in your account but this money is. It would be weird if they would put 25 usd in your account first and then require you to play through.
I probably made a mistake to request a withdrawal yesterday, now I wont get any new portion of 25 .
Also did you play in that time or are you just getting this money without even playing? I did not play in this time. Maybe I should | | Static Link |

I played 800 rh and received 75 usd, but the first 50 I receivet automaticly after 24 hours and for this last 25 I waited for 5 days and now received it with this promo.
And ofcourse there is now another problem and that is withdrawal. They do not allow to withdraw with Moneybookers and that is my only electronic option. So now I am left just with the check which takes 21 days and charges me fee when I cache it here in our bank,..... | | Static Link |

Dear Tomaz
It gives us great pleasure to inform you that your PokerTime Account
has been credited with 25 Poker credits, as part of the following promotion: Poker Purchase Match.
Please ensure that you read the raked hands requirements attached to this bonus - as some bonuses have specific requirements.
You can view these requirements by following this link:

Can anyone tell me if there are any wagering rules for that bonus? I guess not since it is already credited to my account. I do not fully understand this mail. Maybe there is just a new name for this old 250 rh requirement and they call it Poker purchase match or what?
I dont understand this quite well now if I can withdraw this money or if I select withdraw will this money disapear,... I should be getting 25 becouse of the RH which I did, that is another 250,.. | | Static Link |

Still waiting for my bonus. If it gets there I will probably withdraw too.
I only cleared 750 RH but now it takes forever to get bonus credited so I wont wait for other 1250 RH. Also I made 70 usd just playing so this is almost 150 USD, now it will only go down from there probably, becouse I got almost 4 BB/100 | | Static Link |

Forum: Bonus Whores | Still glad to see that some are having what looks like positive results on this. I got an email about processing my cashout request, and my NETeller account shows that it's gone through, so I'm done with them. Life's too short, and there are other bonuses to whore, to screw around and maybe get nothing, based on the replies I got (or didn't; I've not gotten the Poker Purchase Match email).
This was my favourite part of their email about my cashout:
Quote: We have begun the cash-in process, but please bear in mind that for security reasons all withdrawals will pend for 24 hours, which gives you the chance to reverse your withdrawal request if you want to.
Right. How convenient that their "security reasons" just happen to give me the option to change my mind and leave my money there. | | Static Link |

Hello,
I joined Trident Poker about 4 weeks ago, and I noticed that after 250 raked hands I had $25 of the sign-up bonus automatically deposited into my account, and than again after 500 raked hands. I had completed 750, but noticed that it didn't get auto deposited like the prior two... When I logged in last week I noticed that your software had changed to Pokertime, what I was wondering was do I still qualify for the original bonus ($200 for 2000 raked hands)? Do I now have to email Pokertime support for bonus release, or is it still going to be auto deposited? And lastly can I get the third installment of $25 deposited IF I still qualify? Thank you in advance for your help with this.
Got the following response about 3 hrs later from Trident :

Whore, please note that you will be able to make use of the new sign up offer at the poker room. This is the 100% match up to a purchase of $200. You will need to earn poker points to receive this bonus.
To be eligible for the "100% Sign-up Bonus to a maximum of $200" Sign-up Bonus, you simply have to open a first time new Real Poker Account and make a deposit of $20 or more. Seconldy yes, it was contributed raked hands that they counted, I received an email like this:
Hi Tomaz
Thank you for your e-mail.
Tomaz, the raked hand calculator in the bank menu is accurate. This show you’re qualifying raked hands.
You will obtain qualifying raked hand only by playing on a real money non tournament table, where the table size is not smaller that $0.25/$0.50
The pot must reach a minimum size of $5.
For every $5 that is in the pot you will receive 1 qualifying raked hand as long as you wagered and contributed something to the pot.
This sucks. When I signed up for the promotion, it was any raked hand not only contributed. Hopefully they did not change that now since thay said they will leave bonuses that were already in play like they were... | | Read Entire Entry |

I haven't played at Trident->PokerTime since the merger. I have a $150 that I can whore at Stars while I wait to get my answer from their support. | Posted by: Tomaz26 at February 17, 2007, 9:01 am | | Topic: Trident became Poker time, now what with my bonus????? Forum: Bonus Whores | Hmm another weird thing today:
I collected 284 raked hands in last 2 days and emailed support about my bonus and raked hands and they replyed that I only have collected 106 RH. Then I checked raked hands calculator, which is located in Bank section and it says 106 rh. When I click on raked hands in menu, I get 284 RH which is correct number. What the hell is going on with this Trident. Hopefully they will correct this and give me my bonus or I am caching out.
Others please check those 2 raked hands options and tell me if they are the same. One is in the main menu and the other is in Bank section under raked hands calculator. I get 2 totaly differen numbers: 284 vs. 106,.. | | Static Link |

Mine hasn't... I am 802 RH into my bonus (all done before the conversion to Pokertime) and, unlike the first 2 $25 installments, they haven't deposited the third to my account. Been a couple days more than it took for the previous two... will probably email them Monday if it has not been sorted out by than.
