Maybe you are right about hassles from the USA, but Poker-Rewards is one of the few prima's to offer at least semi-regular re-loads. I have done about 5 of these, no problems.
With this one, all you have to do is deposit, get the free cash and wait for the next re-load. The playing off of the next re-load will more than cover the withdrawl requirements of the "free" cash
