I found the towergaming / pokerroom bonus hard to clear at micro stakes (NL25 and NL50) when playing last year....
I imagine now it will be virtually impossible to clear at these small NL games, unless you play multi-tables, which is very hard work as they don't resize... (I play 2 max on PR network)

Depends on how loose you play. If you are 20VPIP you would contribute about 3.6 hands per orbit (2 in the blinds and 1.6 otherwise).
That would be 0.36 x 10/7 = 0.51. That means you would get about half the number of points compared to the old system. So the 5x bonus would be similar to the old 10x.
