When I did it I had to download the "stars theme" first. The maker used that as a template and modified it. You need to download that one first and then when you select the CC themes it will work. Hope this helps.
Now my question. Do I just email support at PS to set up a private (invite only) table to what I want? I have earned more than enough FPP to do it. I want to know b/c I may set up a private tournament.

You can do this on any of the prima skins, pokerstars with the requisite number of FPPs (I think is 2,000) or carbon poker. There are currently no private money play tables that i know of.

That's what I thought too. But not what he's looking for. Apparently he's talking about setting up private tables at a poker site to play online

Ah, now the question becomes clear.
Yes, PokerStars (and some others) allows you to create a private table with a password that you can give to whoever you want to play. But at PS you must have accumulated 2K FPPs to get this ability (you don't need them all on file, just have had to earned that many over time). Most of our Forum events at PS are handled this way.

You can make one yourself for about $100 - $200 dollars if you are any good with tools and instructions.
Best bet is to go to the private sector. Look in the yellow pages for custom woodworking/ furniture makers. Ask at the furniture stores or poker/game supply stores if they know of anyone who does custom things locally. The shipping will kill you if you don't have it made locally. They can cost up to or over $100 to have it shipped once complete because of size and weight.
A custom 10 seater, the long tables, start around $250 and work up from there depending what you want. I have seen a nascar one that went for $2500 but had a racetrack and cars inlaid on the rail. Round 8 seat tables start around $200 to have made.
