Sounds like a great experience! I'd jump at a chance like that. I've been thinking about some sort of poker school. Glad to hear you enjoyed it.

Yes indeed, I believe I may actually be a cat in my present life. I'm an indoor kitty.

High Speed pinball, I've played that one! Definitely a keeper.

Here's a pic as promised:

I would just like to add on to this, I see no reason in the world if you can you would not want to learn from some great players.

I pay for cardrunners ideos once a month and will never stop paying, now after having this membership for a couple months there is alot that I already know when the talk.

floating, peeling one off, inducing bluffs, alue betting etc etc, all stuff im ery familiar with but once and awhile they will do something and im like you know what I didnt think of taking that line and I learn from that.

hell if you have the opportunity why would you not want to? In this game knowledge is power and the more you know the better! I would jump at the chance to learn from a person I consider better then myself. Or even someone who may ...

Now I'm jealous! Sounds like a wonderful experience, Haven't been to Vegas in many years. Like before they torn down the Egyptian. Did you get a chance to see any of the now running WSOP? They got like 11 or 12 event finished already. Your Annie finished 3rd in one.

Didn't even know there was a pinball hall of fame, and BBB has her own PB game? OH where did I go wrong? All I got is a PC ersion of a PB game.

My favorite PB game was a single player game, Spanish Eyes. There was a table in the Student Union at college and I was the main contributor. I got that machine singing once and turned over the score. God, I remember it like it was this morning....

I haven't even seen a PB machine in years.....

Yeah, don't limp and don't minimum raise... ever. Don't limp with Aces... ever. Or we'll beat you to a pulp!

BBB, favorite pinball -- Black Knight.

Gotta clear this headache, get dressed and out of here. Will check back tonight if I don't fall asleep somewhere between here and Caesar's.

Oh, and they're having another WSOP Academy in November, focused on mixed games! These classes aren't cheap, but I'm thinking worth it....

Don't you wish you still had your hat? This sounds like an incredible high. I bet you won't be getting much sleep at all.
And you're a pinball junkie to boot! What's your favorite machine? I own one real old one called Buckaroo. But my all time fa is Haunted House. I am so jealous.

Gamble lots, win much, eat til you pop, and just have fun!

Wow, sounds great. Looks like you had alot of fun and I'm sure you will have much more.

Some suggestions: I laughed my ass off at "The amazing Jonathan" I would suggest seeing his show if he's still playing. You can get half price tickets on the day of the show.

The seafood buffet at the Rio is the best unfortunatly this probably isn't the best time to go to the Rio to eat.

If you play Omaha, you're in the right place. Orleans has the most action for Omaha and O8B. I love that place. Sooooooo jealous of you right now.

I should be sleeping right now because I need to wake up in 5 hours and do (most of) it again, but just had to post first.

Last night I flew into Las Vegas, checked into the Orleans, and got up early this morning to drive to Caesar's Palace for a WSOP Academy class, their first ladies only ersion (held just before the WSOP ladies event this Sunday).

I spent the day in poker heaven. Normally I can't get through the day without a nap (or two), but even going on just five or so hours of sleep, that wasn't the case today. Our instructors were Annie Duke, Alex Outhred, Karina Jett, and Joe Navarro (the former FBI guy who specializes in non-verbal behavior). Wow, honestly, I could just listen to Annie talk poker all day long. She's fabulous. We had seminars and labs and got personalized feedback about our play and how we behave at the table.

The cherry on top of the day was a poker tournament that was a supersatellite (included in the price of the class) in which the top 10 finisher...
