I have received the signup bonus (had to call CS, but was credited on the spot). I am still getting the run-around on the RAF. I have emailed support a few times and their response is not very clear. They seem to imply we need to setup the RAF AFTER we complete the signup bonus. My explanation that RAF is setup during alias registration has not been successful.

Grand Bay's terms and conditions say:
11. In cases where a player has been identified as a bonus abuser in GRAND BAY POKER or any of its associated casinos, GRAND BAY POKER reserves the right to deny a player any download promotion-bonus on his / her first deposit. In such cases, the original deposit will be refunded, however, the player will not benefit from the bonus-promotion he / she is judged to have abused.
12. A bonus abuser is defined as a player who uses promotional-bonus money to deviously profit from bonus-promotions that are offered, in good faith, by the Casino with a view to gaining player loyalty. Such players generally accept bonuses, wager the minimum amount and immediately cash out. GRAND BAY POKER reserves the right to take appropriate action against such Players.

this is happening at 1 other prima site: Crazy poker, but prima site Wild Jacks installs fine.
I emailed customer service but am still waiting for a reply, any ideas i usually dont have problems with installations and was hoping it was a problem on their side

(Having gotten used to 4x5/10, that's hard to say, and I'm not exactly a proud guy, but it's tough to start over.)
Anyway, I'm desperate enough to try this since it's only 100 hands. After some research it sounds like you can only refer up to 5 people. So, someone that has referred less than 5 people, please PM me with your alias.

They are coming up with anything now to not pay, delay payment, screw the referrer, etc. Put in an extra $20, what the hell will that do? Seems to me it is just costing them a Neteller fee, makes no sense they are screwing themselves. As someone earlier said, this is dried up, for $30 go onto something else. It just isn't worth the hassle. You needed to get this like most people in the first few weeks it was available.

Then send an email to support at grandbay casino with your name, alias and account number as well as that of your friend who referred you.
I also think they have to add $20.
