I got a bonus offer from them and they can cram it up their ass. I was content to play there when I opened a second account with RB until they tracked me down and made me close it and reopen my first account which I hadn't used in more than a year. F them, they aren't the only game in town.

No it wasn't. It's irrelevant what site it was. The reaction to my e-mail is pretty much what you can expect from a medium sized site that has to care for it's "high-stakes" players.

Has anyone had any luck emailing FTP support and asking for a bonus?

I assume this was not Full Tilt. I'm guessing it's Bodog. They seem to treat their higher stakes player pretty decent and have flawless CS. But honestly, should it have to come down to e-mailing and calling sites for perks? Good job anyway. Nice Perks. I'm going to ask FT and Bodog for a bonus and see what happens.
I just read on the evil 2+2 that Poker Stars is worth appox 3 BILLION DOLLARS. FT has more than half the players of PS so you can figure out what there worth. It's a lot! I can't tell you how much this pisses me off.
Like Bluffy-Girl said..Casinos give comp rewards to the customers. With these site making so much money, is it really that hard to give a reload to those who made you all this money? Give a monthly reload for Christ sakes!!!!
It's time to put The "American Bonuswhore" on the Extinction List.

Tight crypto games are not all that bad. There are just weak players imo and I wouldn't pass on those games even if someone offered me some blingbling for it. Crypto > Prima when it comes to the games.

Though that wasn't my actual point in this post. I am sort of spinning on further on cefis21 statement about boycotting or atleast taking a stand towards the sites that take, take and take even more without giving anything back to us loyal players. Most sites out there don't offer any bonuses, rakebackdeals or VIP-program to loyal customers. It's all about attracting first-depositers with mediocre offers that, at best, pays slightly better than 100% rakeback (a few pays much better).

This post's point goes like this.

I've played alot on a medium sized site (I will leave out the name) at around 2/4 NL. Games have been good, CS has always been polite and things has been generally satisfying. Today it struck me what big bucks they are landing on me. According to PT I have...

That is rubbing it in . The Cryptos where my life and the Party monthly $100 was sweet easy cash. Anyone who would chose to take a Full Tilt reload before a Crypto bonus needs their heads examined. It bad enough we Americans cant play on all the sites. But for non Americans to play on Full Tilt is just plain stupid. There are alot looser, better bonus, no freezing and better rakeback sites out there for you guys and gals to play. Oh wait... just boycott the site all together.

I used to love the crypto's, but they are tighter than my gf.

27% rakeback at fulltilt isn't that bad. That is a fairly standard amount to give back to loyal customers.

Who gets six month introductory rates? Circumstances vary from one industry to another. Sometimes it's best to focus on bringing in customers, and sometimes it's best to focus on retention. And Stars, at least, had already begun the shift away from bonuses to the VIP program as a retention mechanism before the UIGEA came along.

Agreed.

I don't play Full Tilt wihtout bonus. There's not much that sets it apart from other sites (except for availability of Omaha PL games, although PokerStars has them beat). Clearly Full Tilt doesn't feel the need to offer bonuses, which is a shame. I wouldn't necessarily boycott them, but I would stop playing there just because there are better places for whores.

Although I could argue both sides of this one, I have to side with Cefis.

Who gets comps at live casinos - the players or the non-players? The players of course. The comps are rewards for our patronage. And the only reason we get them is that there is competition.

Who gets cash back or other rewards from credit card companies - the users or the non-users? The users of course. The rewards are for our patronage. And the only reason we get them is that there is competition.

The lack of competition has definitely hurt the active player.

Having said all that, I think a letter(s) to the Poker Manager would have a slightly greater chance of making something happen, than a small boycott which would go completely unnoticed by Management.

1. something given or paid over and above what is due.

Why do you think you are entitled to receive reload bonuses from a site just because they offered some previously? Poker rooms give out reloads as an extra incentive to get players who haven't been playing back on the site and active.

If you're playing there regularly then you obviously are enjoying and most likely beating the games, in addition to getting rakeback. While getting something above what is due to you is nice, it's not something you should expect or demand.

I do believe that i am entilted to reloads. We are the ones that make millions for these sites. Plus they make money while we are earning the bonus. Doesn't make sense that they are being so cheap. Party and the Cryptos use to give them every month when we could play there. Full Tilt and Pokers Stars use to give them out regularly also, and now t...

Not that it's going to matter or hurt their site. But it's time for the regular players at Full Tilt to stop playing there. I haven't played there since they offered reloads to non-players in June and now they have offered reloads to non-players again here in July. And don't give a fucking thing to the regular players. Not to metion that their FT points are as close to worthless as can be. We Americans our being held by our balls for the lack of sites to play and Full Tilt is taking full advantage of it. I have been offered 1 reload in the last 8 months. Somehow I think we'd be offered quite more reloads with more competition out there. Full Tilt is treating their regular customers like shit and it's time we tell them to go fuck themselves.
