It's not THAT hard. I'm a rookie player at best and even I have build up over 1750$ from freerolls in something like 6 month (have hardly played over 10NL as well). So I guess someone with decent skills could do a lot better.
Anyway, pokerking, good luck with your challenge! If you read some books and play concentrated, you'll probably be able to beat 10NL pretty soon and work your way up from there.

Im not sure if the freerolls at VC Poker are any good.
But, if your gonna only play freerolls, i suggest that you find the best out there. I belive Bodog, Wingows, Fulltilt and Poker.com have the best freerolls.
Also, you should play all the CC freerolls and other private freerolls, where the fields are much smaller, the play is alot better and the payout is nicer.
This week i have made over $100 from freerolls.
GL!

My guess is that over the past year or two, we have put in about $200 into arious sites. We can afford it and we like playing, but I don't think we ever took it too seriously, and it was't a big loss.

Is it really worth it? Unless you are really strapped for cash, I don't think it is. My recommendation is to do 3 things:
1 Read as much as possible, maybe even taking time out from playing to do reading instead. There is a lot online for free, and plenty of books.
2 Watch higher end games being played. Open a tourney, pick a player, and follow him throughout.
3 Deposit $50, 100, or whatever you can afford, and then apply good cash management, using Ferguson's cash management as a good guide.... | | Read Entire Entry |

Hi Guys,
I have decided to see how much money i can make from just playing freerolls! This is the first day of my challenge and i have already won £0.37 = $0.75
Im starting at £0.00 and the reason im doing this is because ive lost tooooo many deposits on poker sites so i wanna see how much money i can make without risking a penny of my own!
Im going on holiday tomorrow for a few days but will return to my challenge when i get back and i will keep you guys informed of my progress.
I play on VC Poker and i hope to see some of you guys at the tables!!
