I have never had trouble with cashouts. I have made two withdrawals so far of around 1500$ each, and they have both hit Neteller within 24 hours.
If you are happy with a ~12x bonus plus 30% rb then I would say go for it.
I play 6max limit and the 1/2$ tbls where the bonus clears fastest are tighter than average I would say. The 2/4 - 5/10 tbls have some of the worst players ever. The bonus clears really slow on 2/4 and 3/6 though, so that might be the reason | | Static Link |

I have played 10k raked hands and have now received 11k vip points, plus I get 25% rakeback.
Although they won't give additional points in the future it is still a 12x ish bonus with 25% rb.

it is hit and miss with sites as to allow use of credit card for US players. I use a small local bank with a debit card that is a master card seems to work at most places. I think larger banks are harder to use.
Seems like most big sites now use a third party biller on credit cards so it dosn't look like a gaming transaction to the card company

Not so good if they're lying on their website.
The Gutshot is a live poker club in London and i think it is currently open (it's about the only venue in London where people can play poker and they've had legal issues i think). Anyway, i could go down there and ask what's going on.
I take it the main issue is that the VIPs are not updating as the website says they should
and then CS is replying to queries (if they reply at all) with emails that say they haven't decided how quickly the VIPs are being earned (that TBA rubbish combined with "i hope that helps")
if i've missed/misunderstood something then let me know and if people think there's a point and if no-one else can help.....i'll get on a tube and go to Farringdon.
