Does this mean that Americans can now deposit for this reload? BTW, I sent off an email to Cake asking them if it was for everyone a day or so ago and they told me I could deposit for the reload (I'm not Canadian).
After reading through this thread I went ahead and tried a second time (2 min ago from my post time, 3:00 EST) and same results, something to the effect that I'm not eligible for the code at this time.

The “Turkey” bonus was specific to Canadian accounts for the Canadian Thanksgiving holiday.

I used the code about an hour before your post and it worked just fine.

Got an email back that took a bit longer than their normal snappy response time, saying to close the software and re-open it. I have no problems now. Got the pending bonus $ too. *shrug*
