Looks like one was an all-in call and the other an all-in bet. Either way, having pocket pairs twice that quickly usually doesn't qualify as being 'card dead'. Sad losses, of course, but more aptly 'bet dead'.
Better luck next time. All-ins early are just part of No Limit Luckem.

I posted several days ago about this guy catching every card in the deck well maybe it is me cause I went to a live 60$ tourney today at a local casino. I lasted 10 minutes. Pocket 8, only one over on the baord that was a nine. The guy had aa. Pocket kings, the other guy had pocket aa, allin and all done. I guess i'm legitimately card dead as of late.
I'ts always the the opposite for me I can go in with aa and get busted by 10-3 off.
