I concur.
A company like Party, publicly quoted on the London Stock Market, had two options - stop dealing with American players, or have the Market shut down their company for illegal trading.
The sites which continue to serve Americans are those which are privately owned and with no substantial assets in American jurisdiction.
Even though this has all been explained many times, some of our members can`t seem to grasp that the reason some sites banned Americans and others didn`t was because some were in a position to get away with continuing and others were not.

That's a little harsh, don't you think? Party had to do what the law said because of their financial ties. If they sever those ties in order to bring US back into the fold, can't we cut them some slack?
