I think what happened is the first time you lost the entire bonus (only $10), hence there were no clearing requirements. But this time you didn't, the restricted amount will continue to rise until you either:
1. Lose the entire bonus or
2. Complete the requirements.
This is why the bonus isn't that great for poker.
If you must play poker then i would suggest buying into a 100NL/PL omaha table or whatever for $30 and trying to build a large stack very quickly or bust. | | Static Link |

Last time I think I got 10$ and I used to it to play at PL25 omaha. I ran pretty good and managed to win some. Then I lost my first full buy in way before clearing the bonus requirements. After that I checked how much more do I need to play to clear the requirements and the bonus had disappeared.
Anyways, this time I got 30$. Again managed to work it up a bit and lost another buy in. However this time it did not seem to affect the requirements one bit. The requirements seem to go down a few dollars when I lose small amounts here and there, but losing a whole buy in had no effect. And today I had a pretty good session and the restricted amount actually rose back to its original amount of 30$. So did they change some rules somewhere or is there a logic as to when the money you lose is counted for as restricted money.

Everyone on here did the bonus like that and has done the bonuses like that in the past. I have made over $300 on one of the bonuses and zero other people have been "locked out".
It is clearly a problem with your client/software/computer etc.

It's all risk related on how much you play but if you bring in your "bonus amount" and lose $20 and leave you will still be down $20 when you return so you will have to win that $20 back before you can start winning again.
I personally play 2 $5 BJ at a time. If I win $10 I leave, come back with my bonus amount. and try again. If I get up enough I raise my bets.

They won't ban you, i made a few hundred doing the strategy ruestm suggested last time they offered this!

You get 1 point for $25 in bets at BJ, so if a player could double or tripple up immediately it would be worth playing out right?
