Yes - this is correct. I don't know about the SSN etc (I'm Swedish myself); but when I started doing this a few months ago I signed up for a NETeller account without funding it.
I deposited $500 to Party via my credit card, played the bonus, then checked that money out to my NETeller account.
I know some sites will not allow you to do this - for instance some/all of the Cryptos. I had deposited via credit card to Poker Plex as well, and they would not let me cash that out to NETeller without first putting the original deposit back on my card. Any additional money could be withdrawn into NETeller though. | | Static Link |

Recently I signed up someone who didn't want to provide Neteller with his correct SSN, and Neteller locked the account because they couldn't find a match between the SSN and the real name and state. I cant remember the sign up process but just make up an SS #, they dont give a rats ass. Transfer money from your absolute to neteller, it doesnt have to be certified. You can then just use neteller to go from room to room.
if you need to withdraw, get a check from party or somewhere. I think paradise still sends free checks, but i usually pay for 3 day delivery.

Forum: Bonus Whores | The prospect of Bonus Whoring is very interesting, I have been playing at Absolute Poker for a month now and wasn't looking to reap the rewards of simply playing. But, I've been doing some reading (the posts here, Whoring 101, etc...) and really need to know if there is an alternative to Neteller. The reason is that for some reason my Social Security Number is invalid (I don't exist apparently) and I am unable to start an account. I am using a pre-paid Mastercard (not debit, prepaid) and it works well but I have not tried to withdraw yet.
Questions:
1: Is there an alternative to Neteller, preferably one that does not tap directly into my bank account?
2: Has anyone used a credit card to fund a "whoring" account on various poker sites and been successful? If so, how. please explain!
