On the 14th April I deposited $400 into City poker (Prima Network) using Neteller to get their 25% bonus upto $100. I played the 500 raked hand requirement as requested and ended up getting the bonus fine also winning at the tables to take my initial $400 upto $768
Nows the problem, I have tried on 4 different occasion to withdraw it back to my neteller account and it originally confirms it at City Pokers end, but it never reaches my Netteller. Then the next day I will go and have a look in my City poker account to find my $768 still sitting in their. Anyone else had this problem as I'm not sure who's end the problem is Neteller or Citypoker, anyone know the merchant number for citypoker and I can try a transfer from neteller instead?

They have responded to all my emails in a decent manner. Gave me $30 of the bonus and just waiting for their stats to update to make sure I have the other $20 covered before I ask for it.
For future knowledge, they go by the lower raked hands, the ones for the 30K freeroll. Once that hits 250 then they will release it all to you.
Did not do that well. Was up an down. Played the .25/.50 NL tables and got rivered a few times. Boat beat flush, junk like that. It happens though. I probably should have stuck with the 1/2 limit but I had some success with the NL there so did it that way.
GL is you do this one. It is really not that bad and I will make about $25 with the bonus and really never risked my own money. It seems decent enough if you like the primas and dont mind emailing and pushing for the bonus some. | | Static Link |

I played the 250 hands then emailed them spelling out that I satified their requirements and requesting the $50 bonus.

Later that day, I received an email informing me that I did not fulfill the requirements. Specifically, they said that I did not play at an eligible table. Only tables that rake .25 or higher qualify they wrote.
Well, was playing at the .25/.50 tables, whose maximum rake is 30 cents. Of the 552 hands I played, 420 were raked some amount and 255 were raked at least 25 cents (and a fair win rate of 2.5bb/hr ---pokertracker is great).

PT gives me 207 raked uo to now.
Under Raked hands at the site it has
111 raked for the 30K freeroll.
173 raked in the last 24 hours.
Some very weird numbers and I surely do not know which one to go by but I am thinking 173 sounds about right. I have played 240 hands total but it is no limit .25/.5 and it is quite nuts there tonight. I know that 50% is not right. I know that 207 of 240 is not right. 173 of 240 seems about right from what I see.

The money ended up in the sportsbook/games section when I did the deposit even though I know I asked it to be put in poker.
I called CS and they seemed somewhat clueless.
I moved the money over to poker like they said and it does not show anything under the bonus section in the cashier?
