i cleared a $100 bonus early this month at Poker Room and was immediately credited with the money. i then went and played on another site for a few weeks, leaving my balance sitting in Poker Room.
two nights ago, i purchased a 6x $150 bonus for 8000 points but i saw that it was only showing up as being "Queued" due to my previous $100 bonus not being cleared off the system.
thinking that any points i earn may not actually count towards my $150 bonus, i emailed support yesterday evening and asked them to remove the already cleared $100 bonus and change my $150 bonus from queued to pending.
to my shock and delight, i received a reply from CS last night (yes, they replied in less than 10 days ) saying that they apologise for the inconvenience and that they have now manually released my $150 bonus into my account (even though i didnt... | | Read Entire Entry |

To be fair I must say that Pokerroom told me the reason why I could not
cash out was, that I have given in the decimal numbers.
So when you cash out say 650.60$ then you should put in just 650.
(not 650.60)
But why the hell don't they write a message to explain this right at the
cash out page!
But I have put that right now, as I don't want to inflict any damage to this

The points system went down for a number of days, my points weren't updating and my bonus wasn't getting credited. But as usual with the ongame network the problems got fixed (albeit a number of days later)
Guess i'm just saying that every1 will get their bonus it will just be in the usual ongame timeframe i.e. whenever they get around to it

I am really pissed. All they tell me is that it has been forwarded to promotions department. But nothing ever happens. Yesterday live chat told me he would forward it to the manager of the promotions department - which seemed to be a clear lie into my face.
Now I cashed out and for sure will never ever play Pokerroom or any ongame site.
