there are definitely codes out there for the standard 5x bonus, though maybe only up to 20%. small price to pay tho.

The regular sign up bonus is similar to Party/Empire. You can find a friendly rakeback affiliate or patronize BW (if offered.)

I got a signup code for a 20% up to $100 that way. Eurobet as well if you haven't started whoring there yet. No, you do not have to go through a sportsbook at Multipoker, it works just like Party/Empire, but for Eurobet you do.
