I was having this exact same issue on every clean computer I tried, so I figured it HAD to be Eurobet having a problem with some of my information. My first instinct is that Eurobet was figuring out I had Empire/Party accounts by matching my name or eamil address, but after trying to reg as Bob Newhart & bobnewhart@aol.com, I still had no luck. I systematically changed my info one piece at a time until bingo! Changing my address (to a previous address) worked. Im guessing Eurobet is trying to stop people from registering accounts at multiple skins from the same address by matching addresses against a multi-skin address database, but I can't be sure.

Forum: Bonus Whores | I had similar issues at PokerNOW, but simply waiting a while (I tried again the next day) solved the problem. It just tool a while for the registration to be processed. Has it been a while since you signed up? If you've already waited and haven't had any luck, I don't really know what to tell you. Good luck.

I followed the instructions in the FAQ to clean my 2nd computer of Party, and was able to open an Empire account with no problems at all. However, my affilate screwed up, and now in order to get rakeback, Im going to open an account at Eurobet. First, I re-clean my 2nd computer. When I fill in the Open Account form and hit "proceed", the form simply refreshes, and I get no email or anything to indicate whether this has suceeded or failed. If I try again with the same username, I am told that this username is already in use, so SOMETHING is happening. But when I try to log into the web site, I get:
Sorry, your Username and/or Password have not been recognised.
Please re-login
Is this simply a case of my missing something cleaning the computer? Im not getting any message suggesting I already have an account on the party network or anything like that. I even walked over to the library to try from one of their computers... | | Read Entire Entry |
