It takes 1,250 PP in a month to make Titanium. As for Walk of Fame, this is right from the website:
"As of January 1st, 2007, any player who has reached 25,000 Poker Points in the current year will attain Walk of Fame status. You must earn at least 1,250 Poker Points each month to maintain your Walk of Fame membership."
Here are their "play through" bonus offers for redeeming points:
$10 after 70 Poker Points at 7x 1,000
$25 after 225 Poker Points at 9x 1,000
$50 after 450 Poker Points at 9x 2,000
$75 after 675 Poker Points at 9x 3,000
$125 after 1125 Poker Points at 9x 4,000
$200 after 2400 Poker Points at 12x 6,000
The below RELOAD bonuses are only activated after making a deposit. The deposit must be made within 7 days
RELOAD - 100% up to $25 (10x) 150
RELOAD - 100% up to $50 (10x) 300
RELOAD - 100% up to $75 (10x) 500

This is where you earn enough player points to buy another bonus from the store. Quite common for OnGame. I've heard there is a $400 bonus for 1000PP, but I'm not sure about this.
Is this a standard thing that you buy from the Hollywood store, or do you need to sign up through an affiliate? I haven't seen it mentioned on the BW web site.
