They gave us a little flack at first but once i talked to them in person all was good. Plus one time I was playing at home and then went up to the internet cafe. They locked my account for some reason. I call and the guy is im not sure etc.. must be because of playing at two different places. I just informed the morons i may be playing on 5 different computers in one day work , home, cafe, laptop, you get the point. He was over at mine and played his acc on my computer which was fine. The next day i signed up with a different prima skin under my name but was forced to use his alias for some reason. They have locked my and my bro's accounts. I have about $1500 locked up in prima accounts.
Ive sent in my ID and evidence of my address as has he, how long do these things usually take to get resolved? will we have any problems?
