If you tell the truth whats the worse thing they can do?
Say no.
But be prepared to back up your claim of not playing there anymore. Then when they email or call asking you to come back and play again, tell them why you left the first time. Be professional and business like and state facts.
If you deceive/defraud them what do you think they can and will do when the find out about it?

I'm sure with absolute just tell them that without a rake rebate you will not play there. It may work.
