Horribly, not kidding. I know that blizzard got into an uproar with china as well as final fantasy XI's SquarEnix about china hiring people to gain in game items and sell them, which made the game crappy for other actual players.
I'm just saying that this might be the reason, it could be that the specific poker room just hates the chinese. What do I know.

They gather hundreds of "players" who basically rape the games, and thus, many games ban certain countries for this behavior. Korea also sometimes does this.
