I actually first sent the email to info@empire.com (instead of info@empirepoker.com, but like I said you should send it to info@pay-pro.com either way). I hope @empire.com doesnt exist because if it does some chump has my empire account name, email addy, and the fact that I used igmpay. Hope you cant really do anything with that info.

I believe this is much to your benefit as it protects you against somebody openning an account at another Party skin and hijacking your IGMpay account and therefore your bank account. After that I played/cleared/banked the IGMPAY bonus there w/o problem.
I think Empire had been having problems with bonuses being booked incorrectly. I also think the polite request route will likely get you what you want. If it doesn't politely ask again. I will warn you, however, that Empire's customer service is AWFUL! If you know any Hindi, now is the time to trot it out! | | Static Link |

Email info@pay-pro.com from your Empire email address, stating your Empire account name. Say that you made your a deposit using the IGMPAY code for the first time and were supposed to get a bonus for it. Then politely request that they add the bonus, say thank you, and send the email.
They responded to me within 20 minutes with an email stating that there was an error in the system that caused it to be elapsed, and they gave me the bonus

Everything was fine but when I logged in to Empire it said the bonus had elapsed. I called paypro to get it taken care of and they said I had to email the request. My question is...I verified the paypro account through one email but am registered on Empire with another email. Which email should I use to request the IGMPAY bonus?...the one I'm signed up with through Empire or the one I originally used with Party Poker for paypro?
