ok, i see what you guys are talking about now......you have to down load the casino software and installed it....i was trying to use the instant casino....here is the response from their support.....

Yes, I believe so, but it still seemed to clear 50 for 500 for me. It could be because I had partially worked off an old 40X bonus before tapping out and stopping in a prior month, or else the system just isn't working right. | | Static Link |

After you've wagered the 500gbp using your 25 risk free money, check your balance and you may find that you've both released 25 AND earned 25 pounds for a total of 50gbp for 500gbp wagered! This double dipping may be why they're killing all risk free bonus dollars on July 31st.
If you've got built up wagering deficits from previous months, then keep wagering until you no longer have any risk free funds, checking from time to time whether another 25gbp has been released to your withdrawable balance. | | Static Link |

Have you "activated" your account before attempting to log in? I know you need to do this if you reinstall the poker software on the Cryptos (or play them at another computer) - maybe the casino software is the same way.

You use the same login ID and pass as the poker room. They recently changed their system so that it is no longer risk free. But it looks like it is still risk free for you.
