I made a cashout on Friday (11:45 AM) after checking the PP site and here to see if there was any news of a reload bonus and found nothing. Came back later at night and found out about the bonus here and then checked Party and found it there, too. I then checked my e-mail and found a message they sent me at 8:30 PM annoucing the promotions for August, including the reload. Also - the original T&C for the reload bonus did not include the proviso regarding cashouts during the reload period. (Which is why it is now there in a different size font.)
So... I waited until today and deposited for the code for the August reload, which of course was booked as ELAPSED! I then made some notes regarding what I had done and when, then CALLED PP customer service and asked them very politely if they could do something for me in light of the facts and my feeling that I had been screwed out of my reload bonus by their lousy notification. I had made a small cash out to go to a differnet site a day before the reload was annouced but apparently it fell under the elibible reload window.
Anwyay the reload came and I deposited but it said elapsed (like yours).
I emailed Party and was like "what is up?" and they explained I made a cashout in the reload period and that I needed to make ANOTHEr deposit to get the reload.
Well I did redeposit and lo and behold it did indeed show up, or I'm not sure if I had to email them saying I did the deposit. | | Static Link |

I cashed out of Party during the bonus (before I knew about it) and I tried to redeposit to see if it would work. It appears in my bonus information say from 8-7-2005 until 8-14-2005 700 raked hands etc... but it status is elapsed insted of pending. Oh, well thought I'd give it try. | | Static Link |
