Personally, I do --> PokerPlex, Interpoker, SunPoker, TotalBet, UKBetting, WillHill, Ritz...because that's the order that I originally signed up, so that's the order that they're in my spreadsheet (since I just mass copy the rows every month)...although I will occasionally play TotalBet and UKBetting at other times, depending on what their "special" nightly bonus is...

I guess you could avoid the pound ones like Totalbet because you realize there will be small withdrawal fees, but otherwise it doesn't really matter.
